Recent changes to the Australia Post delivery regime may have an effect on the way you give notices to consumers under your contracts.

The National Credit Act (and the National Credit Code and Regulations) place obligations on credit providers to give notices to consumers about various things.  You would all be aware that these obligations include things like the direct debit default notice (Form 11A pursuant to section 87 of the Code) and the default notice under section 88 of the Code to name just two.
