CEO Reports On Purpose and Function Of National Hardship Register Now Live As Of 1st February 2016
After two years of testing, the National Hardship Register went live on the 1st February this year. This register does not directly impact ASIC ACL holders but, none-the-less, all of your staff need to be aware of this register and what it means if you receive notification that one of your customers is listed on this register.
The National Hardship Register (NHR) is a joint initiative between the Australian Collectors and Debt Buyers Association Limited (ACDBA) and the community sector.
